We just want to say how happy we are with the work you did to install the 4 reverse cycle air conditioners. As business owners employing 20 staff, we appreciate good service. Dean was great, arriving on time a day after we settled. He was very clear and transparent on the outcome. The installers were all very nice people and had great attention to detail. The electrician even fixed a loose tile on our roof!
Dean mentioned that one unit would have to have an internal duct, but the installer hid that and also re-routed another to be more aesthetically pleasing. Something they didn’t have to do, but the result was excellent. All trades collected every bit of rubbish and left our place perfect. We give 100% for price, neatness, attention to detail, communication, friendliness, and a great installation.

This is the third time I have used Maroondah Heating and Cooling (twice for cooling and once for heating). Each time, I found that their knowledge, service and professionalism from start to finish has been exceptional. This most recent time, their installation team were polite and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves (and patient even when I slept through my alarm and found them knocking on my door! LOL) I am happy to say, when my ducted heating packs it in shortly, I wont be wasting any time in getting additional quotes. Great work Team!!
