Dean was great, arriving on time a day after we settled. He was very clear and transparent on the outcome. The installers were all very nice people and had great attention to detail. The electrician even fixed a loose tile on our roof!
Dean mentioned that one unit would have to have an internal duct, but the installer hid that and also re-routed another to be more aesthetically pleasing. Something they didn’t have to do, but the result was excellent. All trades collected every bit of rubbish and left our place perfect. We give 100% for price, neatness, attention to detail, communication, friendliness, and a great installation.
